- To generate this certificate, you will need the employee’s name, the company’s signatory, the months the employee has contributed to Pag-Ibig, and the certificate’s publishing date.
- Once you have done providing these details, you can click the Generate button and check if all the needed details you have provided are accurate.
- To get a copy of this report, click the Print button.
