10 EMPLOYEE SWITCH TEMPLATE

You can use Employee Switch Templates to provide customized settings to your employees quickly.
- You can add a new switch template to the Add Switch Template form. Please give a name for the template and the customized settings of the switches that will be included. You can click the Save Template button below the form when you're done.
- You can see the saved template on the Switch Templates table. You can easily customize your employees' switches using the templates you made.
- To edit a template, click the edit button under the Actions column. You can also update the changes and click the Edit template button once you are done.
- To delete a switch template, click the delete button under Actions.
11 MANAGERS LIST

The Managers List shows the company’s supervisors for its departments and the employees they supervise. The employees with the Manager Switch turned on in the Switch List will appear in this table.
- The Manager’s name, position, and branch, department, and shift schedule will be shown in this table.
- To see the employees each Manager supervises, click on the List icon under Actions. The employees’ names, job titles, and the branch and department they are under will be shown here.
- To remove a specific employee from the Managers List, click the trash icon under Actions or turn off their Manager Switch under the Switch List.
