Special Holiday Switches

Open Shift On Special Holiday – used to determine if employees can log in and out of work any time during special holidays.

>  (Default Switch is OFF)


Special Holiday Pay Computed Hourly – used to determine if an employee’s salary for special holidays will be computed by the hours they were present for work.

Alternative Special Holiday Pay Computed Hourly –

Special Holiday Overtime Pay – used to determine if employees will be provided additional pay should they work beyond their regular working hours on special holidays.

Special Holiday Night Differential Pay – used to determine if the company will provide night differential to employees working on the night shift during special holidays.

>  (Default Switch is ON)


Deduct Late on a Special Holiday – used to determine if an employee’s salary for special holidays will be deducted should they arrive later than their intended login time.

>  (Default Switch is ON)


Deduct Undertime on a Special Holiday – used to determine if an employee’s salary for special holidays will be deducted should they leave earlier than their intended logout time.

>  (Default Switch is ON)


Deduct late by Special Holiday Rate – used to determine if an employee’s tardiness deduction for the day will be based on the special holiday rate.

>  (Default Switch is OFF)


Deduct Undertime by Special Holiday Rate – used to determine if an employee’s deduction for leaving work early for the day will be based on the special holiday rate.

Paid Absent on Special Holiday – used to determine if employees will be paid for the day even if they are not present for work.
