Deduction Switches

Deduct Tardiness – used to determine if an employee’s salary will be deducted should they arrive for work later than their intended login time.

>  (Default Switch is ON)


Deduct Undertime – used to determine if an employee’s salary will be deducted should they leave work earlier than their intended logout time.

>  (Default Switch is ON)


Deduct Absences determine if an employee’s salary will be deducted should they not report to work on their work day.

>  (Default Switch is ON)


Deduct Mandatory Compliance (SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig) – used to determine if all mandatory government contributions for SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-Ibig will be deducted from employees’ salaries.

>  (Default Switch is ON)


Deduct SSS – used to determine if mandatory government contribution for SSS will be deducted from employees’ salaries.

>  (Default Switch is ON)


Deduct Philhealth – used to determine if mandatory government contribution for Philhealth will be deducted from employees’ salaries.

>  (Default Switch is ON)


Deduct Pag-Ibig/HDMF – used to determine if mandatory government contribution for Pag-Ibig will be deducted from employees’ salaries.

>  (Default Switch is ON)


Deduct Loans – used to determine if all loans procured by the employee will automatically be deducted from their salary.
