Payroll Switches

Is Manager/Supervisor – used to determine if the employee is a Manager/Supervisor.

>  (Default Switch is OFF)


Include to Payroll – used to determine if an employee will be added to the company's Payroll.

>  (Default Switch is ON)


Include to Reports – used to determine if the employee will be included in all SweldoMo-generated reports.

>  (Default Switch is ON)


Include to Special Payroll

>  (Default Switch is OFF)


Include to Billing Report

>  (Default Switch is OFF)


Salaries Computed Daily – used to determine if employees' wages will be based on their daily rate, not their monthly basic pay.

>  (Default Switch is OFF)


Alternative Salaries Computed Daily – used to determine if an employee's alternative salary will be computed daily (the computation for this is defined below)

– this feature supports custom rest days and workdays

>  (Default Switch is OFF)


Alternative Salaries Computation – the total number of days in a payroll period, subtracted by all the holidays (not on the rest day dates) and the employee's rest days. The solution for this will be multiplied by the employee's daily rate.


Fixed Daily Rate (for compressed Shift only) - used to determine if the employee under Compressed Shift will have a fixed daily rate regardless of their work hours.

Allow Early Overtime -

Multiple DTR Logging -

>  (Default Switch is OFF)


Open Shift – used to determine if employees will be allowed to log in and out of work at any time of the day

–  employees with this switch turned on will still need to complete the required hours of work for the day

–  cannot be used with the Flexible DTR Logging switch

>  (Default Switch is OFF)


Late Grace Period -

>  (Default Switch is OFF)


Deduct Late Grace Period from Late Minutes

>  (Default Switch is OFF)


Special Working Hours – used to determine if employees will be allowed to log in and out of work any time of the day

–  employees with this switch turned on will only be paid depending on the hours they rendered for work

–  cannot be used with the Flexible DTR Logging switch

>  (Default Switch is OFF)


Require Attendance – used to determine if the employee must log in and out of work to compute their salary.

>  (Default Switch is ON)


Require Attendance On Special Holiday -

>  (Default Switch is OFF)


Set Custom Working Days per Year -

Set Custom Late Grace Period -

Set Custom OT Rate -

Set Mandatory Deduction Compliance to Minimum – used to determine if employees' contribution to government compliances will be set to the minimum amount available.
