Regular Holiday Switches

Successive Regular Holiday Pay – used to determine if the employee can be entitled to two (2) successive regular holidays, like Holy Thursday and Good Friday, if they work or are on leave of absence with pay on the day immediately preceding the first holiday.

Open Shift On Regular Holiday – used to determine if employees can log in and out of work any time during regular holidays.

Regular Holiday Pay Computed Hourly – used to determine if an employee’s salary for regular holidays will be computed by the hours they were present for work.

Alternative Regular Holiday Pay Computed Hourly

Regular Holiday Overtime Pay – used to determine if employees will be provided additional pay should they work beyond their regular working hours on regular holidays.

Regular Holiday Night Differential Pay – used to determine if the company will provide night differential to employees working the night shift during regular holidays.

Deduct Late on Regular Holiday – used to determine if an employee’s salary for regular holidays will be deducted should they arrive later than their intended login time.

Deduct Undertime on a Regular Holiday – used to determine if an employee’s salary for regular holidays will be deducted should they leave earlier than their intended logout time.

Deduct late by Regular Holiday Rate – used to determine if an employee’s tardiness deduction for the day will be based on the regular holiday rate.

Deduct Undertime by Regular Holiday Rate – used to determine if an employee’s deduction for leaving work early for the day will be based on the regular holiday rate.

Paid Absent on Regular Holiday – used to determine if employees will be paid for the day even if they are not present for work.
