Allowance Management

In this section, you can add the Allowances your company provides to your employees and the conditions for each.


  1. On the Dashboard’s navigation bar, click on the Allowances
  2. You can add the types of allowances your company provides for your employees. Some examples may be transportation allowance and meal allowance.
  3. Click the on/off switches based on whether it is provided daily, whether it applies to all your employees, whether it is an allowance provided for overtime, and whether or not it is taxable.
  4. If a specific allowance applies to all employees, you need to put the allowance amount under the Amount column.
  5. If employees are no longer given a specific allowance, click the trash icon under Actions to delete it.
