How do you configure the loan types?

The regular salary you provide your employees is what fuels their day-to-day living. However, there will be times when they will need additional cash for personal reasons. Availing loans is one way to help with their needs. You must manage these loans and take the necessary actions, as these can affect your employees’ salaries. With SweldoMo, loan management can be easy. You can manage all the loans your employees can avail of under this tab.

In this section, you can list the loan types available to your employees. Some examples are those loans employees can get from SSS, PagIBIG, and PhilHealth and the loans available specifically for your company.

1. Click the Loan tab on the Dashboard menu. A dropdown menu will appear. Click on Loan Types.
2. You can add available loans by clicking the Add New Loan Type bar and the check icon under Actions to save.
3. You can edit the name of the loans by double-clicking their cell and providing the necessary changes. Click on the check icon under Actions once you are done.
4. You can delete the loans no longer available for your employees to use by clicking the trash icon under Actions.
